I find it so important a company has the sincerity and ethics to follow up on a concern we had when there's miscommunication and then deal with it in such a geniune way. Poor experience trying to setup this app. Online help was very scare and let me hanging after chatting to me. Deleted the app and uninstalled it after waiting for a reply forever
