The app by itself is excellent, however, it's not compatible with many of the shipping insurance apps that are also available via the Shopify app store. I know my customers prefer to buy shipping insurance to protect their purchase rather than receive a free gift, so I had to uninstall the app.

Best app! Great support! Shopify's discounts are so limited, but this app allows us to do everything we need and it's so easy and simple to setup and customize discounts! I ran into an issue once, but reached out to support and they got back to me right away! It was actually late night so I was surprised to get a response so quickly.

Amazing and fast customer support. Literally. I typed a question in the chat box and got an answer like 30 seconds later from a real person who guided me exactly where i needed to go. later after about 2 hours, i had another question and dropped it into the same chat box and got another super quick answer with super detailed instructions. The app also helped me make an additional %30 of my revenue on my whole store.

Really great so far! We have tried hard coding and dozens of apps - nothing worked until we finally found this. Fingers crossed for longevity, but very promising so far.

Our team was looking for an app that adds free gifts into the shopify carts and this is the best one we've come across. Not only is the interface super easy to use but there are so many customizations. We faced some trouble implementing our rule and contacted their team and within a day they were able to hop onto a call and help us through the issue step by step. It is quite helpful to have this ability to increase cart values. Does every customer like the idea of it, no. But you can't please everyone. You are better off offering it, than not.

This is the best ap in the Shopify ecosystem. We used to pay developers thousands of dollars to add customized "auto add to cart" features into our store. EG Auto Add enables staffers, including myself, with rudimentary technical skills to create custom action items. An example: if someone buys a bike, auto add a lock to the check out, at additional charge, or perhaps no charge etc. It solved ALL our "force add to cart," problems, and it's never failed.

Only app which actually works with adding free gifts without adding weird named coupon names or straight up bugs out when doing what you want it to do. Great app!
