This app is very convenient for me to set up an auto discount. When I used Shopify discounts before, users had to manually add gifts to the cart before they could see them, which was very detrimental to my new user conversion. After I found EG from the Shopify APP store, I tried it twice and I have to say it is very easy to use and the functions are very stable. I haven't found any bugs in the process of using it.

This is the second company I've used this app on. It works great for getting the right items in front of people that require a selection of add-ons to make something work, like exhaust sensors.

This app is fantastic! It helps get around the Shopify limitations to gift free products in the cart automatically. When we had an issue with how something was set up and not working, their support was very helpful, hopped on a video call to work through it and explain how to avoid the issue in the future. Taransh is very prompt in addressing my issue. On the other hand, the app is good but needs some enhancements/upgrades to eliminate minor issues. However, Taransh was still able to find a workaround to make things work.

I’ve been using this app for over 5 years for a few different brands and it always delivers. It’s gone through lots of changes and upgrades for the better. I have never experienced any bugs or glitches due to the app. And, when I’ve seen issues that have been related to compatibility with custom code in custom themes, their support team has been very helpful in resolving things quickly. I just worked with Nathan, who was incredible, and identified that my issues were related to custom code complications and now the app is working great again.

So far it works perfectly fine for us. Taransh from the customer support team also resolves questions quickly.

I chose this app because I could give free gifts based on determined products not based on the quantity of them in the cart (but also, that's possible). It has a lot of different conditions you can rely to. Moreover, the help center answers quickly and always helps. I had the pleasure to talk to Stephanie and Taransh, who really helped.

Awesome app that brings a lot of value to our shop. It makes it very easy for us to not give discounts to our costumers which would have a negative impact on our profit margin but instead hand free gifts. Also works great together with free gift progress bars in your cart, when you want to give your costumers a selections of free gift options to choose from when they reach a specific order amount. I never experienced a support that listens to your needs and takes actions to improve the app as fast as with this app. I'd give 6 stars if possible!
