The app is very flexible and has some advanced options I didn't find in other gift apps. Support was also very helpful and immediate.

So far the app has been great and easy to setup and use. I had a small issue with css on mobile, but when contacting support they were super responsive and Nathan solved my problem right away.

Not happy. I uninstalled this App. I had to refresh the offers several times after customers contacted me when their free gift was not included and they met the requirements for the free gift.

I have used a few GWP apps and always ran into limitiations and issues. EG Auto is a great app that allows us to offer complex discounts and easy gift with purchase solution. We ran into a small issue using this app over our busy trading period. Nathan couldn't have been more helpful and worked through the issue on a call, allowing us to excel our Black Friday Offer!

The app does the job really well. We've been using it for a few years now and it handles everything for you. When you do come across any issues, the support team is super helpful. The project manager himself offered to join on the call and helped me resolve the issue. The responses prompt and to the point. Highly recommended.

I searched multiple Gift With Purchase apps and all had different kinks or price points. This one finally offered an easy to set up, nice customer experience. Also, support was great and quick to respond, Nathan kindly helped me with a minor technical issue.

App does what it needs to and service is super responsive. Sometimes the app can be a little clunky, but it does get the job done without too many limitations.
