Utilizamos da Frenet diariamente. Temos vantagens competitivas no frete em relação as demais empresas que oferecem esse serviço de logística. Estarei dando um feedback sincero para demais clientes que possam utilizar a plataforma. Pontos positivos: - Variedade de cotações com transportadora. - Valores de frete mais baixos, a longo prazo faz grande diferença. - Conferência de rastreio através do site Frenet para clientes. - Adição de saldo em conta com facilidade via Pix. Pontos negativos: - Processo de emissão de etiquetas manualmente, o que atrasa e muito a nossa operação. Infelizmente ficaria inviável para lojas que vendem acima de 50 itens/dia - Integração dos pedidos com a Shopify falha de tempos em tempos, fazendo com que tenhamos que puxar informações uma a uma. - Integração de rastreamento dos pedidos na Shopify não existe. Ficamos refém do disparo dos emails provindo da Frenet, o que não ocorre de forma precisa e automática. - Atendimento da empresa precisa melhorar.
