The app is very easy to use and simple to work with. It meets most requirements in terms of integration and automation. The team's response to chat requests is phenomenally fast. I had a conflict with the font and a second time a question. Both were resolved within minutes. This is a great service.

A very good app for different types of forms. I love that they have a free plan too. As a non profit organization that's very helpful. Also the customer service is very good. If you face any problems they help you with it. My only complaint is that there's no export option on free plan. But I understand it but as a non profit organization you want to save money where you can save it.

I have been using this app to host forms on a website our company uses internally for months. I downloaded and configured this app specifically because it offered a free tier and the use I anticipated did not justify the use of a paid plan. Without warning this app removed the free tier and I only found out because one of our users told me. The app was simple but otherwise good. I understand a desire to capitalize on an application you built but transitioning away from free services to paid only could have been handled much more professionally and smoothly. Will have to choose another platform.

I wrote this review because the app's creators unexpectedly eliminated the free tier and started charging for their services without any prior notice. Since posting my review, I've been bombarded with emails claiming that the issue has been resolved. However, the free tier remains unavailable, so I'm unsure what exactly they have 'fixed'. Today, I received a phone call and multiple text messages from the owner, Dhruv Jain. This kind of persistent and intrusive communication is highly inappropriate and unprofessional, and it only serves to further frustrate users rather than addressing the actual issue.

I am very satisfied with this app. I was looking for a product request form to place on to a webpage and through this app I managed to display on the store. I also needed to contact the customer service, the issue was solved fast, reliable and I received a feedback of the cause. I am rating 5 stars this app because it is a good app with good customer service and fits my needs.

This app definitely solved the needs I needed for custom forms on my site. I was able to create the forms I needed easily and it has custom abilities as well. Customer service assisted me in locating where to customize using CSS. I like the feature of tracking submissions as well.
