After we used the app for several weeks we had some very unique issues to which Filemonk very quickly responded to and even assisted us with enhancing our store and customers' experience. This is hands-down the best app company we've used with Shopify and highly recommend it for any one else looking to do digital product sales!

It is a quite a useful app for us to sell license keys of a software to customers. Although they don't offer live chat customer service, their email response is quite fast.
