The app has some limitations (like no multi language for faq product) but the support is really good. The are plain with the limitations and always get to the bottom of it. I have a Multilanguage set up and its highly appreciated their help.

I am really pleased with the app. It does everything I wanted it to do plus more. It even showed up in my Google Search Console as an enhancement 24 hours after installing. It was relatively easy to set up, and easy for customers to find any queries for products they are looking at.

The app does exactly what I was looking for. I use it for a general FAQ page. What's very important to me is that the content can be crawled by (AI) search engines, which is crucial for SEO. The help I received with several questions was excellent (fast and helpful). I'll explore the optional features further.
