Nice app for creating FAQ pages. Sufficient if you only want to create a few FAQ pages. However, we want to display FAQs in an accordion design on product and landing pages and all these FAQs in a tab-like design on a main page. We explicitly asked about this before installation—the answer: yes, it's possible. After many emails with the support after installation, it turned out that this is NOT possible. Either the support team doesn't know the product well enough or they don't read the email inquiries. The quality of the support leads to the downgrade. You can't work like this.

If you use this app.... be advised that it is very buggy. 1. The "free" version still has a monthly usage charge... don't be fooled, it is not free. 2. The "submit a question" upgrade has multiple technical issues that the technicians cannot seem to get corrected. And I tested the "submit" on multiple platforms and browsers and always get bad results.

Excellent app! It made my FAQ page look simple and good on my website, and the free plan allowed for just enough to get me started. Love the app and would def keep it around.

Can not stress this enough, this app is amazing. It has all the features that you need for a good FAQ, including a search option for your customers. Easy to set up, and if you need any help, the team behind it is super friendly and helpful.

This app is SO clean and SO easy to use! We searched for a great FAQ app but are so glad we landed on this one. We also love that we can easily hyperlink from content in our FAQs to create a more robust customer experience.
