I would definitively recommend FAQify. Not only is it easy to use but the support is great. I am not all that tech savy and probably ask dumb questions but I never felt like that when I needed help. I spoke to Alex and they were great. Highly recommended.

Nice app. I'm using us for general e-store FAQ but also to add FAQ in category pages and product pages. Support is reactive and has helped me find a solution when needed.

The app does not support the native store language functionality that Shopify provides, so you can't translate your FAQ page unless you get support from the developers. They fixed it within 30 min though. Nice. Eventhough you don't need translations, the free plan won't be useful for 99% of store owners due to the limitations. To developers: I think you could improve your app by focusing on the UX. The developers are fast responding to the inquiries.

I really love this app. super easy to communicate. love it and also Alex was very helpful. I used to help me with my FAQ pages. At first it looked confusing but it got easier and super easy to manage later on. I am in love with this app. Many of my problems were solved on my product page.
