I would definitively recommend FAQify. Not only is it easy to use but the support is great. I am not all that tech savy and probably ask dumb questions but I never felt like that when I needed help. I spoke to Alex and they were great. Highly recommended.

Nice app. I'm using us for general e-store FAQ but also to add FAQ in category pages and product pages. Support is reactive and has helped me find a solution when needed.

Very easy to use plugin with a wide range of display options that all look great! We have FAQs appearing on most if not all our main pages which have really helped our customers find important info quickly - saving us tonnes of hours in response times.

The FAQify app has helped us segment our most frequently asked questions and provides a much better experience for the customer. Very happy with the overall set up, and ease of the app.

Response is extremely fast and reliable! Anytime I have trouble, I contact the team and it is usually fixed by the end of the day!

The app does not support the native store language functionality that Shopify provides, so you can't translate your FAQ page unless you get support from the developers. They fixed it within 30 min though. Nice. Eventhough you don't need translations, the free plan won't be useful for 99% of store owners due to the limitations. To developers: I think you could improve your app by focusing on the UX. The developers are fast responding to the inquiries.

I really love this app. super easy to communicate. love it and also Alex was very helpful. I used to help me with my FAQ pages. At first it looked confusing but it got easier and super easy to manage later on. I am in love with this app. Many of my problems were solved on my product page.

Support was very good and friendly. Alex helped my to integrate the FAQ page to Footer Menu within minutes! All is working now.

This app is worth its weight in gold! It was exactly what I needed to organize commonly asked questions so that the info did not read like a 30 chapter book. I was able to have FAQ pages for each service I provide. The editor allows me to customize the text and format colors so that the embeded page blends with other pages on my site. Alex quickly responded to my inquiry and resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. FAQify is affordable one of the best apps that give my customers a great user experience.
