Fairing lets us understand how the shopping experience impacted our customers. Fairing is really simple to get set up and their team is great to work with. Don't take the ease of use to mean the product is not sophisticated, it is and getting the data into our Looker instance has been easy too - though for quick analysis, I go straight to the dashboard
