Excelente app, muy accesible para que los clientes soliciten su factura de manera sencilla y rápida. El equipo de servicio técnico siempre responde de manera atenta y enfocada en resolver nuestras dudas y solicitudes. El dashboard es muy intuitivo y sencillo de organizar. Es una app muy eficiente que beneficia tanto a los compradores como a los usuarios de la app.

Cumple con desglose de IEPS, IVA 0, IVA 16, pedimentos, sucursales, etc, si hay que invertir un poco de tiempo en capturar impuestos en cada artículo y entender como funciona la app pero una vez instalado, el flujo y carga de trabajo se reduce a minutos y es muy sencillo. La atención ha sido muy personalizada y de gran utilidad. Los felicito y espero que se siga mejorando la App.

La aplicación tiene opciones que nos simplifica el trabajo, además que nos brinda vistas muy amigables y limpias. Tuvimos un caso especial que de inicio no cubría el sistema pero una vez contactándonos con su equipo nos dieron seguimiento y solución, siempre hubo buena comunicación.
