El soporte es absolutamente nulo, en el caso del área de Shopify, solo atiende una persona y tienes que mandarle correo. El sistema NO sirve para facturar a personas morales, ya que se tiene que aplicar cierta retención y NO está optimizado, solamente para personas físicas. Le daría un 0 o menos calificación si pudiera, la única solución que se me ha comentado es cambiar de empresa y eso haré.

Pedí apoyo tecnico y su sugerencia fue que mejor cambiara de app, puesto ellos no tienen para dar servicio al cliente, aunque son la app más cara en facturación, no van a prestar servicio de apoyo a los usuarios y para los clientes shopify no tienen atención telefonica, solo tienen dos personas que poco o nada hacen por los usuarios
