products dont get aproved

Insanely difficult to work with Meta/Facebook/Instagram. Terrible user interface, constant changes to functionality, workspace, awful communication about changes that affect verification, usability, location of admin functions, etc.

Even though this is such a big company, it strongly feels like a scam. Their size means nothing. With both of my stores, my ad account was restricted immediately after making a payment via iDEAL. Getting a refund is extremely difficult and draining. Despite the strong conversion potential on Facebook, think twice before relying on them. My previous refund request has been ignored for over two months. I just filed another complaint for my new store — I’m not expecting much, but we’ll see.

Terrible. Can't begin to count the amount of times I have been asked to verify my business that is registered by the state of Florida. I have given them a letter directly from the IRS 147C verifying my address, my company name, my name, my registered address and still it is not enough. This is absurd. Mean while I sell quality apparel and the scrutiny is pure insanity. Terrible! Takes forever to even contact anyone. This has been the worst!

They don't offer support for digital products.

I sell shoes and every item is rejected for size, even though I have it listed in the title and in the "size" input.

VERY VERY POOR, nothing will conect without hours of messing with settings, and once you think its figured out and working it stops.
