Extremely confusing

Completely inefficient and syncing process has been infuriatingly difficult. Also, the meta support caused my store deactivation and then attempting to reactivate, connected it to the incorrect Facebook business profile, therefore blocking it from being accessible on instagram. There is no real time communication, lots of emails and then no ability to respond. I have taken all the steps necessary and I feel your support team caused this chaos and now there is no one to actually communicate about it with. Very dissatisfied.

Connecting Shopify and syncing the process is very complicated and overwhelming. It's NOT USER FRIENDLY. As you would expect, FB should be in this age of technology.

too many bugs

Facebook the No customer service company, constantly rejecting products that are well within community standards. Faceless appalling company to deal with

facebook & Meta is really problematic and it's not working at all. my shop is in review for long time and I'm not able to install easy the pixel. relly convoluted even with integration.

The integration is terrible. And tech support was terrible

Terrible experience so far. Unable to get shop verified, but no details on why other that not meeting compliance requirements. No way to get support of an actual human, I'm fairly tech savvy but just being sent in circles. Incredibly frustrating.

has been Syncing additional info for quite a while does not, fully sync. been trying to get it to work for a month. info on how to get it fixed has been close to none. try to get of off some one to get this resolved

This is my third time to try to connect FB & Instagram to my shop until now no success im about to give up on that , and Also delete my Facebook Stupid Account !!

Hello, I am confused about why my Instagram and Facebook are under review. It has been like this for quite a while, and I do not understand why. I am unsure how to correct whatever issue you think there is.

Cannot connect my account. It says, "You don’t have access. This feature isn't available to you yet." So, what good is it to me?
