Facebook and Instagram app customer support is absoluteley non-existant. Not a happy customer Im afraid. If there had been support and I could have got it all connected I would have been delighted with it but I have given up as there is seemingly no one who I can speak to to work out how to get the restrictions lifted on my account. Ive wasted hours trying to get it all connected.

Things dont stay connected, despite them being connected. Meta in general is bloated, hard to navigate and understand and impossible to get REAL support. Not. Worth. It.

Tried absolutely everything to connect this to my shopify store after spending weeks creating it only to be told about the “step by step” process and that “we’re trying to help” I’ve seen this heaps and seems to be an occurring issue many people are having unfortunately. Something the developer needs to look into To anyone reading this. Please add like one product, see if connects to Facebook first before you spend your time creating an entire shop. Hello. I have tried several times to download and connect this app. Every single time I only get a blank screen with zero set-up options. There are no buttons to click, just a white, blank page. I'd show you a screenshot if I could share pictures on this review.

Facebook detected "automation" when I connected my shopify account. This is absolutely useless, if the automation involved with shopify syncing store data to FB is flagged. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

I'm not being able to connect the app with my Facebook account, I'm receiving the message: "You don't have access. This feature isn't available to you yet." And I don't know how to solve the issue.

5 months on shopify waiting for my review to be approve. i have a lot of followers and traffic on instragram and customer service said it only can be approved when i have followers and traffic on facebook, but my mainly customers are from instagram, so there is nothing i can do, and i really think its unfair not having facebook and instagram active on my Shopify because of this. very very upset with this
