Complejísimo en general todo lo de META.

I’ve been extremely disappointed with the Facebook and Instagram app on Shopify. Over time, recurring issues—especially the repeated rejection of our products on both Facebook and Instagram—have made it nearly impossible to run effective advertising campaigns. Unfortunately, these issues aren’t isolated; they’re part of a broader, ongoing problem with Meta’s platform, and there’s been no meaningful support available to help resolve them. Due to these persistent challenges, we have ultimately ceased advertising with Meta altogether. It’s frustrating to invest time and resources into a tool that not only fails to deliver on its promises but also leaves you without the necessary support when problems arise. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and that significant improvements are made to both the product approval process and customer support infrastructure.

un casino per configurare notifiche inutili dopo 3 giorni niente prodotti sul shop fb.

worked for a week, then started removing products and tags from my shop. no help from support

nothing works, and i can't log in to get help. Rubbish.

Depuis que j'ai lié mon compte Facebook & Instagram à Shopify, mon compte est bloqué depuis plus de 15 jours sans aucune justification ni avancée dans le processus. Impossible de contacter le support, ce qui est extrêmement frustrant et pénalise mon activité. Très décevant pour une application de cette envergure.

SO many bugs and it constantly logs me out and I am stuck on an infinite loop of connecting my facebook to my shopify store

Dear Meta, I'm giving you a 1 star review, because of 2 serious issues I have no opportunity to solve on my own through Meta on Shopify. Firstly, a product of mine - Bamboo Men's Briefs - keeps getting rejected, even after I have requested a review over the decision for my product to be rejected because of supposedly it not following Meta Commerce Policies. I do not see how Bamboo Men's Briefs could be in breach of Meta Commerce Policies, hence I kindly request for my product to be approved. Secondly, on the Instagram Shop Builder, there is this cover photo, which I did not choose to place there and I cannot replace it, nor can I remove it, as it is not associated with my brand Tough Muscles (I'm wearing a Tommy Hilfiger hoody and Calvin Klein tracksuit bottoms, which are clothes I have no intention of marketing). If you could be so kind, as to assist me in getting my Briefs approved, so I could start tagging Tough Muscles products on my Instagram reels and my cover photo removed from my Instagram Shop (or to let me know how to do that myself), I would be more than happy to leave another review, this time with 5 stars, describing my potentially positive experience in regards to getting my kind requests approved.
