Shop hasn't been working for 6 weeks, now it's black friday. No support. We give meta 500k a year in ads. Shameful.

Mala no pude conectarme

Mi experiencia es mala con Meta, primero no he podido agregar un metodo de pago luego no hay manera de conectar el pixel con la tienda muy descontento la verdad

My store has been in review for sometime. Nothing going on with this set up.

If I didn't have to have it, I wouldn't. The app solves nothing, and when things (like the Meta Pixel or Conversions API) breaks, there is no point in going here and clicking about. In fact, I never open this interface, because it serves no value to my business.

Doesn't work. Shop stays hidden. Says no approved active products when there is. No help

Store was in review over a month. (I read it should officially be 48 hours.) I disconnect and reconnected about 5 days ago. Probably a mistake because now I'm starting the clock over.

It has gone downhill, why I am forced to create facebook and instagram shops just to connect to pixel and advertise? I do not need these shops, I have already got Shopify.

I think there are all sorts of good intentions but they are racing to utilize AI and the bugs have not been worked out. I have had repeated issued in the 3 weeks that I have been trying to use this app and am very frustrated with the delay in getting a person involved to actually fix the issues - many were non issues but AI issues.

Ive really been a facebook advocate until this weeks struggle . After having my ad account disabled, the Facebook team did nothing to help resolve the issue but instead kept sending me automated messages that don't help a beginner understand where they went wrong and how they could change their practices to suit Facebook policies. I wish they could be more helpful and resolve the case without sending my business into the ground before it even has a chance to stand.
