I just wanted my Etsy listings to match my Shopify listings and sync my Etsy orders with Shopify. Here's what happened: - Start the setup, realize before it's too late that it's about to upload duplicate products. Reach out to customer service for help. - They say I can just sync the products between platforms but first I have to spend several hours manually matching the SKUs and variant names for each individual product to ensure they were exact or the app wouldn't function. - I was told to report back after and customer service would sync the products on their end. The user is unable to do this on their own. - I did all this, reported back, they did the sync and...nothing happened. No one could tell me why the app wasn't working (but they did say that I could just delete every listing on Etsy and then use the upload function but then I would lose all my reviews) and they promised they would escalate my case. - I said fine and in the meantime I tried to get the orders synced but the Fetch Order function was broken and no one knew why that didn't work either. Save your time, money and energy and go with literally anything else y'all.

May work, may not work. I believe this app would work if you are setting up a new store and everything is fresh. but i have been with support for almost an hour and they keep telling me to have everything matching for the products to link. (which they do match, with screenshots provided to them) and they still think the products must not match. So unfortunately I have given up here.

Used for many years when were on Etsy. It was very helpful, customer support was quick to answer any questions or issues we had. Would highly recommend if you are looking to integrate between the 2 platforms. We were a high volume seller, with over 50k sales, but did finally decide to leave Etsy after 16 years.

It takes a minute to figure out the ins and outs on the app, but it's been very useful for allowing me to keep all my orders and inventory in one place. The one thing I wish I could do is sync an order with a custom line item. Right now, I have to pretend those orders don't exist in Etsy if it's a custom listing. The support team is very responsive and understanding any time I need assistance.

Customer service has been great after I had a few starter questions. Sync is incredibly fast and it is lovely to not have to format insanely large spreadsheets.

I am new to this app, but so far it's doing everything that I need it to. I've been looking for something to help sync inventory from the Shopify end with my Etsy store. The fact that I can upload product is a huge bonus. It's super user friendly. I also used their customer support on Day 1 to get clarification on some questions I had. They were super quick to reply and were able to take care of the one issue I was having. So far I am thrilled to have found this integration!

Before downloading an setting the app up I reached out to them to make sure that the app could do what I needed it to do, which was bring orders into Shopify from Etsy and assign shipping logic to them. The team said yes it can and explained how. I then spent the morning setting it all up, and spoke to them again and they said actually no it can't. Wasted a good few hours...

DPL is really superior app. I tried QuickSync and shpUPZ and whatnot, and everything was super complicated and required ages to get the listings synced and order fulfilled. Did everything with DPL in a few minutes. Love the app.

Excellent and fast support. I installed a trial, and while I was able to figure out 90% of it, I had a few questions. I was assisted by chat & email, which was prompt. I needed further assistance, so I scheduled a phone call (Same day!) and was able to resolve my user-error issues right away. The app is quite simple, and keeps my inventory updated between platforms.
