From reccomending products, to new markets and new opportunities, ways to lower cost etc. She does a wonderful job at handling the inventory and monitoring things so i can focus on scale and front end issues. The service from this company is horrible. Wrote to them 5 days ago and still not even a response. Yes I am aware that there was a holiday but I work with 2 other companies providing the same service and both of them responded at least within 48 hours. I honestly believe that these star reviews are fakes. Even when there is no holiday it takes them 3 days to respond, to simple questions very unprofessional horrible service.
