Jade was absolutely amazing answered within seconds and helped me install the app and gave through instructions, absolutely amazing app and service!

DO NOT waste your time with this app! The developers clearly have no idea what they’re doing. My project has been delayed by over a week because of their sloppy work. They fix one bug, and guess what? Another one shows up! It’s like they don’t even test their own app before throwing it at their users. A real company would have proper testers in place to find these bugs BEFORE releasing updates, but here, they seem to expect clients to do the work for them. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this nightmare!

I've used a lot of themes in the past, but without a doubt, this one was one of the best. Especially due to the fact that it has a multi-brand option, which was very important for us. It's also very feature filled and is pretty fast.....as many shopify themes have a ton of code and slow page response times, as a result not so good for SEO and stuff. But what I'm the most impressed is the amazing support - led by Annie. We did run into some issues, but they were so fast in helping take care of stuff....so setting up the theme/site was a breeze. Thanks for all your help.

If you are using a theme from The4, such as Kalles 4.0, and need to update your theme, this app does work. Actually, this is the only way to update your theme. However, when updating, it will not transfer your site over, so you will just get a blank "updated" theme that you will need to build from scratch. I have had this issue twice. The first time, they were able to resolve it. But now, when you reach out to The4 support, they will no longer help you. I was told that I had made too many changes to my theme code. I know 0% about coding, so I made no changes. It's my understanding that when I install Apps from the Shopify App Store, some will make changes. However, these are approved Apps by Shopify, so why would that make my Theme no longer able to stay current? I have been with The4 for more than 6 years and have exclusively used their themes. But as they have grown, things have fallen short. Just know that if you buy Kalles, you will be stuck with whatever version you purchase. You will not be able to update.

It performs smoth and fast. Pricing is also not so expensive and in combination of a theme from "The4 Themes" it makes many things really esay and handy. Updating a Theme was never easier! The extensions work well. The support is also fast and very friendly!
