Been a customer since the early days of EcomArtists being on the Shopify app store. Deeply disappointed in the pricing plan that now forces me to adopt a 29 dollar a month plan from their offered free plan, and not be grandfathered into the new pricing model. It's sad to see companies change up on there core base when updating pricing plans. which is fair as companies have to make money too while meeting higher demands. But then to force the old customers into this model is just a bad business practice, and dissatisfies as well as pushes away the base that gave them the larger platform to grow in the first place.

What can I say besides how amazing this app is. I am enjoying everything about it. It is very professional and easy to navigate. I know there's going to be many updates being added slowly to make this app even better, so I am excitedly waiting. Customer support has been seriously unbelievably quick, and they are so nice to talk to and they do not make you feel like you are wasting their time. They are here to help, and they have already proven that. I will give more update as soon as I start getting my sales. I am recommending this app 100%.
