An absolutely amazing app that does exactly what it should and more! We have a small use case for simply letting our customers change their shipping address after they order. Sometimes autofill was causing them to enter the wrong address. Customers can download an invoice as a pdf, which is an added bonus as well!

This app is incredible! It delivers all the essential features needed by merchants like me who want to allow customers to edit their orders manually. These features are particularly useful if a customer notices an address error after purchasing or if someone completes an order unintentionally through the PayPal express checkout and wishes to cancel it immediately. This capability can significantly reduce email tickets and help avoid payment transaction fees for fully refunded orders.

Fantastic new app for order editing. I picked this app because it had all the features of another top leading order editing app, plus it appeared to be in further development - and indeed it is - which opens ways to get all that's needed for the perfect user experience. If you want to add order editing to reduce customer support, other apps that offer limited options (e.g. just order cancellation or address change) won't make a dent, and you need an app like this. UI is very clean and in line with the store theme. Excellent responsive support

What a great and simple app. Cuts down the time for my admin staff. No more address changes or asking for invoices. Support has been great. I have used a few other apps but by far this is the best. And new features are coming all the time. Looking forward to the updates. Five stars from me, highly recommend.

Order Editing has been an absolute game-changer. Our customers can now easily edit their orders post-purchase - changing shipping addresses, sizes, or quantities - without contacting customer service.
