CedCommerce does not sync inventory properly in addition to other persistent issues that have resulted in a hit to seller performance. The primary function of any sales channel manager is to sync inventory between platforms. Inventory discrepancies are a daily occurrence, leading to overselling on eBay. After contacting support on several occasions with no success we are moving on. While support has quick response it does appear there is NO tech support only customer service.

This app is a real time-saver! I also use their Amazon app with Shopify, and both work seamlessly. I did encounter a minor issue with uploading some listings to eBay, but their live chat support was incredibly quick and resolved it right away. We've been using CedCommerce as our eBay integration solution for over a year now, and overall we are highly satisfied with the functionality, ease of use and performance of the app as well as the support provided by the CedCommerce team when needed. After trialing a number of eBay connection apps, we settled on CedCommerce and are more than happy with the performance. We are running the Silver Account which allows us to process up to 500 eBay orders per month. Orders are syndicated into Shopify allowing full order management in one system. Fulfillment is then synced back to eBay meaning a seamless order management process. The app has enabled us to apply price multipliers to our products in order to cater for eBay fees and to provide free shipping to eBay customers without losing margin. Once we learned how to manage this, it has been easy to roll this out to our full product range with ease. If you are looking to add eBay as a new sales channel for your Shopify store, I would not hesitate to recommend CedCommerce as your solution to do so.
