Very intuitive easy to use interface and great support team when you need them. I had an issue with notifications for pickups and Neha Roy from the support team went out of her way to find me the resolution! The onboarding call last week was very helpful as well. I tried a couple other solutions (Shippo, Stamps) before learning about Easyship. Both apps sucked. Like they were built in a weekend by someone who has never shipped anything. Then I tried Easyship. They integrate very well with Shopify, creating packing inserts to help me pick + pack. The app also has a “Rules” feature that makes it very easy to drag/drop logic like “if this order value, add insurance.” Or “if this country, always choose this courier.” Effortless. Like coding your own logistics solution without any code. And I especially enjoy the package algorithm. If you provide the correct dimensions and weights of each product inside Shopify Admin, Easyship will automatically choose the right box for you. Including from your own collection of boxes.
