レビューポイントを期間限定でアップさせたり、お誕生日ポイントを付与したりと、柔軟に設定できるので様々な施策を打ちやすいです。カスタムセットアップも迅速に対応してくださり助かります。導入したばかりの2年前？頃はサーバー不具合によりお客様がポイントが使えないことが定期的にあり不安を感じていましたが、最近は不具合も少なくなってきた印象です。
