Isak was super helpful and patient! I was trying to change a few things on my account and Isak jumped in via live chat and showed me exactly how to make my edits. Great customer service :)

I am sorry but, this just like any other subscription you will do in your life. Joining, no problem, cancelling subscription, a absolute nightmare. Sandy (if her real name) is such a "sweetheart" and extremely "helpful". BIG RED FLAGS, yes, a lot of review, but most probably bought reviews from persons who have never used this app. This experience is horrible and as I am typing this review, I am still struggling to cancel my unwanted subscription.

THey always blame another circumstance instead of fixing the bugs they have TEMU DOES NOT WORK, the TEMU extension does not work at all, and got all my 3 TEMU accounts banned.

I was having so many issues trying to connect to DSERS my emails and pswds were all messed up because I changed my emails and urls on google. Even Ali express was not working for me however after reaching out to DSERS help and connecting with Sandy, she patiently help me trouble shoot and walked me through each step sometimes having to repeat those steps over until we got progress. I was able to reconnect my shopify store to Dsers and Ali Express and she even took care of another issue I had from previous stores connected to DSERS. She was absolutely great!
