I recently encountered several days of difficulty logging into my DSers account through Shopify. The login process kept experiencing glitches, and despite numerous attempts and emails, I was unable to access my account. Fortunately, I was connected with Emma via chat support. Emma was incredibly efficient and promptly resolved the issue. My login problem was fixed immediately, and I appreciate the swift and professional service.

When they say they will do all they can… They do more than any other support team, and trust me. I’ve worked in digital with some of the top suppliers. None of them touch the service I received from Villanelle this afternoon. The company need to fast track this one and into management. The support, refreshingly amazing. I use this app. It's easy and has a many options to make your store management easy from import products and make many edits to then you can push it to the store. Next for any order you will be able to manage and order from your supplier and make many other actions. It's really a very good choice.
