My account had incorrect information tied to it, which was blocking fulfillment for my Shopify store. Sandy took the time to understand the issue, corrected the account details, and made sure everything was properly aligned so fulfillment could move forward without issues. Clear communication, fast action, and competent support from start to finish. This is exactly how support should work. I appreciate the professionalism and follow through. Dsers is complicated and as much as I hate having to deal with texting to resolve issues I have received the best customer service under these circumstances....if they upgrade to phone assistance...they would be top knotch but until then...the experience was still very good...the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the lack of live phone support

DO not use this. They are useless. I had an order to pay for on Temu and it wanted me to add more stuff on top of what the customer wanted, for it to ship out. You should just be able to pay for it and ship it out like other drop sharing businesses do.
