I was able to IM with Wendy today regarding an order I had completely messed up for a customer. I was initially worried that the DSers chat would only be able to help on DSers issues and was releived when Wendy was able to help me across the AliExpress, DSers and Shopify websites. Wendy was quite patient and when I was having another issue arise she was waited for me to solve issue and continue to help with the original order mishap. Very satisfied with the chat option and that issues can be quickly resolved across multiple sites.
