It’s not often that 24/7 support is actually 24/7. However, I’m not going to lie. The support, alone is 6 out of 5 stars. Then there is the way that the DSers support, effortlessly make you feel at ease and go above and beyond to make sure you know you’re in safe hands. When they say they will do all they can… They do more than any other support team, and trust me. I’ve worked in digital with some of the top suppliers. None of them touch the service I received from Villanelle this afternoon. The company need to fast track this one and into management. The support, refreshingly amazing.
