Very good. I was a little confused with my first order, but Myra from customer support was excellent at solving my problem.

I was clueless when I first joined, then I was helped by a 5 star across the board super star named "Colleen"! Hands down she never fails, and always goes above and beyond to make sure not only is my problem solved, but she literally taught me step by step how to do the solution myself! I HAVNT SEEN THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN YEARS!!!!! GO COLLEEN!

I had a quick question, so I jumped on Messenger for the live chat support, the representactive who helped me did an excellent and professional job with ansering my questions about some of the features of their pricing plans, which I think their small limitation of multiple platforms on the advance and pro plans takes a few of points off Dsers overall score. But their Messenger chat support was great. 5-stars to the representactive who helped me.
