I actually don't have DSers connected to my Shopify store. I just use it to place bulk orders for ordering manufacturing parts in bulk. The support is awesome sauce! A girl named Selena helped me today get setup super fast in no time. On the fly, she gave me really helpful screen shots to guide me during the setup process.

I recently had a few technical difficulties that I could not figure out by myself. I contacted support and had a lovely chat with Vivian, who was super quick to reply, incredibly polite and sorted out my issue very promptly.
