The support is really quick. Vivian, one of the supporting staff, reply and fix my problem within 5-10 minutes, which the customer support really is one of the best I have experienced

I spoke with Holly and she was accommodating. She answered my question and gave me step-by-step instructions on how to fix my problem. I wish Holly were available to answer all of my questions.
