Blanca is very friendly and helpful. She helped me a lot with my questions and always answered me quickly. You need people like that in customer service.

I just spoke to one of the support staff named Blanca and she was able to help and answer every inquiries that I got. I was also informed that the currency in the "Find Supplier" page cant be changed. Anyhow, even though she can't express "emotions" as a chat support because I know thats going to be reviewed by a QA or her supervisor but she was good with her job. SALARY RAISE FOR BLANCA !!!! HHAAHAHAHAHHAHAHA
