I later was informed that the vendor did does not mail to my customer's country. I need to update vendor and was a little worried about it. I finally found a new vendor and needed to link them, but I didn't know how. Blanca was then helpful in navigating me to the proper area. So grateful for Blanca and the time she too to help.
