I will rate Myra 5 stars. I was chatting with another agent who was not responding to my questions. Myra came into the chat quickly clarified some answers to my previous questions. As well Myra was able to efficiently provide resolution-based answers for the remaining questions. Myra deserves 5 stars she is very knowledgeable and is a true asset to Dser.

I would recommend Dsers to any dropshipper as they have all the essential and more features to run the business , even i beginner can easily learn like me started from scratch and customer support always there to follow you step by step! Vivian was absolutely outstanding, I am new to DSERS and she went out of her way to show me solutions to my questions step by step through messenger, and even offered to do it for me. I do not think I have ever had this great of customer support from any company in my lifetime. I think Vivian should get a raise, If she doesn't get a raise, I am going to buy DSERS when my store blows up and i get the funds and I will give her a raise myself!
