When my customer didn't receive their product I started up a chat with Zico to figure out why. All I can say is that it has been quite a process but in the end everything was resolved. Now I understand how all the services work together to fulfill orders. Thank you!

I just had Hayley, Christmas morning with Hayley helping me learn and fix my orders i messed up . Best gift ever was her, she was patient and kind and great humor. I hope to get her again as we all know there will a again for me lol.

The app works pretty well, but even the best run into issues. A supplier had run out of stock during order fulfillment. I contacted their support and Lydia really helped me to get things back on track. Lydia communicated clearly, provided great screenshots, and even helped me get my product variant remapped.
