This is an awesome app, I have a very specific use case where I need to be able to take part payments from two payee's, one consumer the other business. When integrated with accounting software, I can take the consumer side first then later send an invoice to business to complete the order payment. This App enables the front end really really well. Can't speak more highly of customer support particularly Lidija. She actually listens and finds solutions. If you are an Australian store, exposed to Support at Home or NDIS funding models, stop looking, this app is for you

Could not figure out how to cancel after the 7 day trail. Has started charging me random fees for every single order (not only orders for downpay)..... cannot get help uninstalling and random fees back

About 90% of our pre-sale customers opted to use the deposit feature, which significantly boosted order volume during what’s usually a slower sales period. The app is super easy to integrate and works exactly as promised. What really stands out is the support – Diana has been incredibly responsive and great to work with throughout. It’s also a huge plus knowing the team behind it are former Shopify folks and proudly based in Canada. This was a massive help for a product we crowdsourced. Easy to integrate, and we were in communication with their team throughout the implementation. I would highly recommend it. I’ve used Kickstarter and have also run crowdfunding directly through Shopify—Downpay made that possible and allowed us to fully own the campaign internally.
