Incredible app. I was looking for a review app, and this was by far the best. I had a problem with a widget, so I contacted the creators, and they resolved it very quickly. It's nice to find such a good app that's free; it rarely happens anymore. 10/10

This App is very comprehensive for a free App. It has taken a bit of work to setup, but Andrew's support has been exceptional. I'm still tweaking wording etc, but the flexibility of the customisation of templates is fabulous. I chose this App because I couldn't change email wordinig in another App I first trialled - personalisation, wording and tone are everything for the brand.

They are super dedicated in helping us IMMEDIATELY when needed, and the app is SUPER customizable, much better than other ones that say they are free but they are very limited. I can customize it to my theme's font, my colors, I can import my own, request reviews through emails, this app and the team are excellent!!

Nice job, just configuring the emails and applying the app to my store, but I have to say that the tutorial is amazing and the configuration is really easy. Great features for free and the widgets are thought for all types of shops, considering the news in the market and the impact of not having reviews at the begining, very well thought. This app is providing everything that others charge $15 a month for. I have been using it for 2 stores and found perfect, comes with rating, review widget with filtering of media reviews and number of stars. comes with Q&A widget which also shows on top along with rating popup widget. couldn't have asked for more. I had to raise a ticket for showing ratings on collection but boom, the developer responded within seconds and solved within seconds as well. Have given them feedback to implement rich snippet for Q&A which they have promised to include in next update most probably. I'm dumbstruck with the functionality, features and quick support for something being offered for free which even the paid app developers dont provide. thank you very much Doran, May god bless you with all the success.

I’ve tested many review apps since 2019, and Doran is by far my favorite. It offers all the features of premium apps — but completely free! I’ve already installed it on all my stores and plan to replace Loox with Doran on this one very soon. The support team is outstanding. By far the absolute best app for importing reviews from other sites and handling reviews on my Shopify. This is the only app that was able to scrape my Etsy reviews by listing and auto assign those to the Shopify product. Every other app I tried wanted me to manually assign each review to a product, and I have 5000 reviews on my Etsy. These developers are quick to respond, happy to help, and all around built the best review app.

I am not sure how a small team of 2 people did this, but this is a wonderful app! It has all the features that you can think of, great customization flexibility, great UI/UX and simple to use. Add to this, their wonderful support. I'd rate it more than 5 stars if I could, great job!!
