Great app with excellent support We are very satisfied with this app. The communication with the support team is excellent and very fast — they are always helpful and willing to assist. The app offers a wide variety of widgets that can be easily placed in many different locations across the store, which gives a lot of flexibility. Email settings are also very well designed, clear, and easy to customize. Overall, a great solution that we can definitely recommend.

Very easy to use and looks great on the store, just make sure to change the colors all individually for each element. My only wish is if there was a way to change the colors of all the elements at once all together rather than individually.

Cant believe this app is completely free, they offer so many features that with of other apps you need to pay for, everything you need for reviews is in this app, fast customer service, highly recommend!

This app is far better than the other popular review all. This one offers more features, and the customer service is awesome. I was able to chat with an actual human to get quick answers and results. Easy to install and set up.

Very Easy to use with the drag and drop method in the theme editor. It took me about 30 minutes to get my store completely set up because the instructions are visual and I could identify exactly where I was supposed to be in the theme editor.

Very simple to use. I use the free version is very great. It's easier to implement the system in my shop. In the French version of the application, I got some issues displaying texts. They are some weird characters like this: (Vous avez activé l'intégration de l'application à votre thème.) In the original version (English), they are not an issue. Maybe it's just an encoding issue. When you switch the language in the application settings. It is a great application.

Highly recommended! Why pay for a review app when you have Doran? It’s an amazing experience, easily the best app for managing reviews. I’ve tried many others, but the free features Doran offers are on another level. Some competing apps don’t even have these features, and the ones that do usually lock them behind a paywall. I feel like this is not the end of functionality, there are still rooms for improvement. And kudos to these 2 people who did this!
