Been using DelightChat for almost a year now, and we can completely assure you this is the best app out there. Their pricing is so reasonable and no other competitor could match it. If you are a Startup, delight chat will solve your problem from WhatsApp marketing to HelpDesk. Their Support is immaculate have used other apps as well and no one can come close to their support. You don't have to pay for multiple apps. Delight is your one-stop solution. Kudos to the team, curious to see what new feature will they surprise us with.

Recomiendo la aplicacion primero por el soporte (pese a la diferencia horaria) me atendieron fuera de su horario de trabajo. El equipo es muy amable y siempre estan innovando en nuevas funcionalidades con la comunidad, los precios estan excelentes comparado con la competencia. Y la posibilidad de integrar todos los canales posiblesen una sola plataforma lo convierten en un todo en uno!!! Sigan adelante!!!

Delightful experience with team DelightChat! We have been using DelightChat for over 2 years now and no other tool comes close to the being one stop solution for all our customer communication needs. It not only integrates with all social channels but also allows you to respond to DM’s and comments from Instagram and Facebook (be it from ads or organic). The WhatsApp integration is deep, we were able to not only set up user journey automations but also set up multiple chatbots. The Shops on WhatsApp is a game changer for upselling. And with targeted marketing on WhatsApp our customer retention has also gone up. I would say DelightChat is a MUST HAVE for all Shopify merchants. This is the most feature dense chat platform out there. I have tried all of them but the features in this app are just another league. I absolutely love this product. The team behind this is super super smart and prompt making it the best customer support of all the integrations including like of Google, Meta, Razorpay etc.

WOW - Delight chat has changed our lives! Better sales person management, been able to make better decisions based on performance metrics, a one-stop solution to all our merchant communication needs - we've replaced Slack with DC entirely! My entire team doesn't need to play chinese whispers anymore and everyone has visibility from the time of query to post-sales to subsequent orders - MUST HAVE APP for all Shopify merchants! GREAT SERVICE TOO - they helped me sort out some backend issues with Meta that we couldn't fix for a year. I CANNOT IT RECOMMEND ENOUGH. Worth every penny with broadcasts, tagging, etc - super app and super team. Special mention to Thejus who is a calm, patient solutions EXPERT. Also to Vasudev for great post-onboarding service.
