FINALLY!! I found a reporting App that WORKS for me. DataExport, have provided excellent customer service to me. They reply very quickly, I love the fact they answer instantly when they are online. I've required 3 custom reports for my specific needs, within minutes they created the reports I needed, they are professional, and know their stuff! This app is better than hundreds out there. It summarizes everything very neatly for my monthly accounts. And the customer service is top notch! They even customize reports for me.

Their support is amazing. I have had too many fly by night operations that give you a knowledgebase and maybe a Chat AI to assist buy you can't talk to real people. I was immediately connected in the chat and Advisor stayed on with me until we had a complicated report pulling custom fields working exactly as I needed. They were patient and helpful, and thats really hard to find.

I've been using Data Export for a few months now (in a few stores) and the product itself is incredible, but what I'm more impressed with has been their customer support. Data Export can basically pull anything from Shopify such as custom fields, metafields, line item details, create logic to alter data and customize the output, but the support team is the one always coming to bail me out from some complex calculated fields.
