C:Hub is a great solution for our needs. We have wholesale customers, and needed a simple UI, but we also needed some advanced features. Was VERY happily surprised by how this team works. They gave us proactive support, and even did some custom configurations to help this work ideally for our customer. We now consider them strategic partners. Not just an app. They really care. And it makes this a real solution.

I discovered a discrepancy between what’s achievable in the actual app and what is shown in their demo account. I reached out to ask if they could help me replicate the look of the demo account. Within 24 hours, I received a response from Dave in Australia, who explained that due to the new customer accounts using passwordless login, this setup is not possible. This means the demo account is misleading, as it showcases features or a setup that cannot currently be replicated by real users. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to entice subscriptions, which is disappointing and unacceptable.

This is arguably the best looking app for a Shopify Customer backend. Its just clean helpful and appealing to look at vs the antiseptic Shopify backend for customers. Shopify recently changed many thing which totally broke this app but, the support team led by Ezra was awesome at getting everything fixed in about 10 days and keeping me informed daily on their progress. The price is very fair for what you get and I am very happy with the apps visual appeal and the great customer service/support!

This outstanding app has significantly improved my Shopify store and seamlessly fixed the issue of redirecting visitors to the registration page instead of the login page. Tried other similar apps but this one is by far the best, reasonably priced and works flawlessly. Excellent App, easy set up and plenty of customisable areas. Cant speak for the Support as not needed it :) Look no further if you want to transform that abysmal Shopify standard customer account look A++++++++++++++++

Jai desinstalle et installe cette application, non seulement elle est moins couteuse et en un clic tout etait parametre dans ma boutique. Ma page client est beaucoup plus professionnelle. Merci , je ne peux que recommander cette application. Elle epouse directement le theme et les couleurs de votre boutique.

Good app, makes accounts look much nicer. My only wish is the ability to add Product Metafields to orders, this way customers can see the latest ETA for preorder products on their order pages.
