Really great experience, we had some trouble understanding pricing but we had a quick demo call where they also clarified pricing. I was impressed with their team! We have loved the tool so far, it's been a game changer and we are able to resolve customer's concerns so much faster!

This platform is wonderful! We have used Hubspot and Gorgias, but Richpanel has the best of both platforms. Amit and his team are amazing to work with. If we are having an issue, I email them, and within minutes, I have a response of "We were able to locate the issue and fixed it" or "We will look into this and get back to you." I have an answer by the next business day for most issues. We have also provided feedback, and they have taken it and made this CRM beyond what we could have suggested.
