I had so far a very negative experience. First of all, it is way more expensive than you initially think it is. You need to pay for the Self-Service add-on. Because without it, you can't effectively use the live chat and pop-up. While with other customer support tools, this is normally included for free. Also the customer support so far has been very poor and limited. Not what you would expect from....a customer support tool.

I added the Customer Support app to my store and it makes handling questions so much easier. Everything comes into one place, whether it’s email, chat, or contact forms, so I don’t miss messages anymore. Customers get quicker replies and I don’t spend as much time jumping between tools.

We’ve been using it primarily for customer service, and I have to say, the automation is SUPERB once it’s properly configured! The setup is incredibly user-friendly, with no technical expertise needed, and their support team is there to guide you every step of the way. A very poor onboarding, oh wait what onboarding , they just leave you there alone trying to figure out things, a lot of bugs, and customer service is horrible, been waiting all day to be able to speak to someone to address my issues. a very bad app overoall to be avoided at all costs.

My onboarding experience was outstanding — I’ve never been so well supported during a transition like the one from Gorgias to Richpanel. Richpanel’s pricing makes more sense, and the tool is smoother and more practical to use. The AI features aren’t charged separately, which means our support team is saving a huge amount of time. A big thank you to Deepan, who guided us wonderfully through the onboarding process — always available to answer our questions and hop on calls to help with the setup. I 100% recommend it!

Stellar software for the price, does nearly everything that something like Gorgias does, at literally 25% the cost, crazy. Great Job team. Moved our entire CX stack to Richpanel + Aircall, working great for unified sales/service analytics.
