It was the first order on my Shopify store that I was trying to fulfill through CJ. I was lucky that my online agent was Arlene Nong. She has excellent communication skills and is fully knowledgeable, not only in CJ but also in Shopify settings also. With her patience and help I was able to fulfill the first order. My settings through Shopify and CJ were not proper and the order couldn't be fulfilled. So she guided me through both platforms and got the issue sorted!
