So far so good! I am starting a brand based in the US and have been looking around for solutions for my product sourcing and fulfillment. As of me writing this review, CJdropshipping and especially the live agents have been extremely helpful in guiding me and sourcing products efficiently. Shout out to the agent I am currently working with, Joy Zhou, she has been very accessible and has a good understanding of English and communication skills.

I would of course recommend CJ. But the best thing about CJ Dropshipping is, by far, my customer support person, See. I had to use a few people due to the time difference but I quickly learned that it was well worth my time to wait and do all of my business with See. She was so patient with me, and was able to answer most of my questions and when she couldn’t she was very quick to find someone who could. I can’t believe my luck to be assigned to See!!!!

CJ Dropshipping is the best supplier ive worked with in my time doing dropshipping. My agent Tab Zhao is attentive, he is quick to help with sourcing products and he goes the extra mile to get you the best pricing possible. Highly highly recommend this company to fulfill your ecommerce needs.
