Noah, not the first time I get support from him since I opened my shopify. store. He helped me figure out how to set up very intricate systems and always gave me great solutions that fitted my business. Would recommend this app just for their customer support service alone. The app has great features and is amazing at building all sorts of booking systems and quite easy to use.

I had the app downloaded for 2-3 weeks trying to get things configured with my store. I was in constant contact with support but in the end, was not able to use the service fully so I uninstalled. However, after 30 days I was charged the $26.99. I contacted support via email on TWO occasions and have yet to hear back???? SEND ME MY REFUND PLEASE

David helped me through chat and he was awesome!! Made the process real smooth, and I am thankful as I hate IT related things lol. : )

I messaged the chat support on a Wednesday at 10pm PST and Sofia was very helpful. I was super happy there was a "real person" on the other end of the chat to help with a question. I've only tested their service for a few days but so far it checks off all boxes.

I would really recommend this app, it's very useful and the customer service is always great! I have used their support a couple of times when I couldn't figure it out myself and they always helped!

Easy to set up and use and great (plus quick) customer servce! Theo was very heplful! And now Noah helped me A LOT with a bunch of issues, answered many questions and helped me re-setup some of mu services! GOLDEN!

The 7 day free trial seems to be untrue for any of the plans apart from the lowest one, so just be aware if that going into to testing this app. After getting confused, I asked for a refund of the highest tier after 30 minutes as it did not do what we needed, and unfortunately, since the free trial was false, we lost the $36.99 - We reached out for a refund, with absolutely no hard feelings, but we haven't received a response in 2 weeks. Also be warned of their reply to reviews, I can see they cannot handle feedback and tend to lash out at these.

By far the best and feature-packed booking app on Shopify! It has one of the best support teams I've seen and the app is constantly adding new features! Seriously, don't even bother to try another booking app!

Leo ( the owner) is awesome! He answer's any and all questions personally regardless of the time. The app itself is extremely user friendly. I have tried out a couple of other booking apps that were just ok. There is literally no learning curve to this one. Very straight forward, works great, and priced extremely well. I'm waiting for the catch!

Amazing app! been using it for a couple of days now and wow! its so easy to use and the user interface is beautifull and very proffessional looking, i use it for online appointments and so far everything has run super smooth. 100% reccomend
