Outstanding customer service, and if there is a function you need, that is not in the app yet, they will do anything to try and fix it! Also the app seems to really do exactly what I need it to.

Fantastic customer support. Ms Judy and Mr Gabreil helped me through my needs regarding the customization. the app itself is a great one, though a tiny but important feature was missing due to Shopify integration matter. I would request the developers to try to enable PayPal payment option while I use Deposit Fee function. Currently deposit function doesn't have PayPal payment. Please try to fix it ASAP if it is possible.

I've been trying for a few days to install the app (the paid version) and need to grant access, but the email always comes up blank, no link to grant access. Shopify support investigated and saw that it's an API issue on the app developers end. Frustrating and I missed several booking opportunities because of this.

Not only does this app work great, but the support team behind it is fantastic. I've had multiple occasions where I wanted to do something unique with our bookings and every time they have been very prompt in their responses and offered multiple different ideas to find a solution. I've just installed it and I absolutely love the customer service! Luna was so helpful and seemed also very down to earth despite our conversation being short. She broke down everything for me and showed me how to do what I needed. I'm on a free plan but I plan on upgrading to get the most out of their service. So far I am very pleased, 10/10 for the customer service for sure!!

The customer service is absolutely incredible! It's also the ONLY app I found that offers bundle bookings - perfect for teachers/coaches selling lesson packages...this allows students to book and schedule multiple lessons at once. I've tried 3 apps and this is the BEST!

This is the most ridiculous free plan for a booking app. The free plan allows multiple bookings for the same time slot and only paid versions enables a proper calendar function! This means you do not have a free plan! Please do not do misleading marketing and do not steal people's time!

Great app! I think what sets this app apart from others is definitely their fast and great customer service live chat! Judy was very helpful in helping me troubleshooting my problems so that my store could run smoothly on opening day. I do wish their waitlist function was a little bit better in terms of prioritizing customers on the waitlist instead of freeing up the slot back onto my website. I ended up not upgrading my tier due to that. Will definitely consider upgrading once they have this function more refined!
