Fantastic and dedicated customer service and a simple app to set up and convert leads. As a fly fishing guiding service, clients would not touch the other booking apps but this one offers all of the features necessary for a seasonal guiding service like mine.

The customer service is amazing! Thanks to Sofia, I felt less alone with the setup of everything. There was no pressure with time, she created calendars for me and was very helpfull. Totally recommend it. But, I'm a new user of less than 24hrs... We'll see how everything goes after that!

I just installed the app, so I haven't had much time to play with all the features. However, I had a question at 11-something p.m. and reached out to the chat box, assuming I'd need to send some overnight message. Pleasantly surprised when Sofia answered promptly + answered my question... and then several more. She was quick with providing screenshots to show me what I was looking for. I'm happy with those features we discussed. This seems to be exactly what I've been looking for, for *years! Phew. Crosses fingers.

Do NOT download this app!! Developer is now harassing me NON STOP for writing a truthful review. Numerous emails asking me to give him 5 stars instead. I replied twice to leave me alone - instead me emails yet again Clearly the 5 star reviews are fake! I've since emailed the executive team at Shopify so hopefully this guy will stop! App does NOT work. repeatedly told me to enable app in theme - it was - 10 minutes later - it's still NOT registered that app is in fact enabled. i logged out of Shopify repeatedly- logged back in - nothing. i uninstalled app and installed again - nothing. customer service was useless - click enable - closed and it will show it's enabled - uhm - i just repeatedly told you it does NOT show that.

it is unbelievable how fast and good this guy is, apparently is just one guy that takes care of the whole app, and he fix or help with anything 2 minutes after we send the message, I cant answer my wife that fast! awesome job!

App interface is like a dream to work on. They're incredibly receptive to feedback and their customer support team has been amazing to work with. Would highly recommend after trying out a number of other booking apps before this one.
