Easy to install and set up. I was able to directly chat with a representative that helped me with a technical issue I had on my end. Glad I installed this app.

Run away from this app, they falsly advertise wrong prices. Once you invest some time in the free tier, and want to upgrade, they charge 30 USD, while it was advertised 9.59 USD. This is illegal in most countries, and the customer care service doesn't seem to care or help.

It works! What more can I say about a form builder app. The customer service is very responsive and helpful, and all the elements you need to build a form quickly are there. I think you'll like it.

Henry was brilliant...Our forms stopped working all of a sudden, and it was due to a code error that was unrelated to qikify! However, he still fixed the error in our code so that the forms continued to work... Great support and went above and beyond

This app was the perfect solution for one of our websites. We needed options for popup forms and also in page forms with multiple trigger options and email recipients this worked perfectly. No se ingles y me estaba costando poder traducir e insertar los formularios, pero me ha atendido un agente y ha sido muy amable, me ha indicado las instrucciones y he conseguido poner el formulario a la pagina. Estoy muy agradecida y contenta por la ayuda. La aplicación es bastante intuitiva y ahora la estoy probando pero si necesitara más funciones seguro utilizaría esta aplicación gracias.
