While the app functionally has been good for us. It really hurt our customer service because they have a 500 email limit which is not very well explained. So during our busiest time of the year, unknowingly we hit this limit. **Since this review, they updated some things, and adjusted based on feedback. So I have updated it reflect how I felt before this interruption** From what I understand, there is now more robust controls in place to make sure you are aware if you hit the limit. It should still be known that if the hope is to use Shopify flow to quickly find customer data and help with things or respond back directly to customers, all emails will come from [email protected] and will require a lot of copy-pasting. So if a higher volume type of store using the contact forms to help sort data, this might not be the best fit.

So during our busiest time of the year, unknowingly we hit this limit. Zero warning, zero "hey you hit your limit", just email notifications stop coming. Customers get successful form submissions, and then left wondering why we haven't responded. And then submit again.... and again wonder why we aren't responding. We now have to sort through at least 70-90 emails to figure out what we have missed. They suggest the shopify flow setup, but the data dump in that is horrendous and now an additional layer to sort through. No thanks. So if you are a high volume store with a lot of emails, try something else. This is despite being on the highest paid plan.

I am the store Jeddy and I would need form builder to collect information from potential or established customers that I can increase sales. The app was easy to press. Thank You

That’s really convenient, and the feature that lets us track which page the form was submitted from is very useful for us — even though it’s a paid option.

Excellent robust form builder that works well with Shopify flow. Very reasonably priced too. The Support team are excellent and helped out with a unique use case, quickly and efficiently. Really recommend this app!

Our store was running into too many issues with another forms app, so we migrated over to Qikify Form Builder. The app is easy to use, functions as it should, and gets the job done. Being able to designate a unique email address for a specific form is particularly useful. Customer service was also very supportive and responsive. However, the app would be perfect if it allowed for email subject line customization & changing the sender’s email (or at least allowing the sender name to show up as Store Name instead of Qikify in your inbox).

I was really stuck and needed help figuring out my "Contact Us" form on my Shopify store and what I did wrong in setting it up. Miley was a huge, huge help. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient in walking me through every step in order to get thing working properly. She even went above and beyond to point out some issues in my overall setup that would have kept my other app installs from working for me. Truly a lifesaver! The form builder itself is very simple to install and create. Will definitely come back to qikify if I need any additional apps. GREAT customer service.
